Sr. Technician - 3 Open Positions

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Interview Process:

  • 15-minute phone screen
  • 30-minute on-site panel interview
  • Pay Rate: $26 - $28/hour (Temp-to-Hire)

Role Overview:

We are seeking detail-oriented and technically skilled Sr. Technicians with strong mechanical and electrical engineering backgrounds, combined with solid computer proficiency. This hands-on role involves complex system assembly, alignment, calibration, and troubleshooting of equipment involving lasers, optics, and various electronic components.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow detailed and lengthy build instructions accurately
  • Troubleshoot issues based on software and hardware error messages
  • Perform mechanical adjustments and align complex optical systems (e.g., lasers)
  • Work with electronic components and cabling for system integration
  • Utilize a range of diagnostic and calibration tools

Required Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering principles
  • Proficient with Windows OS, Excel, MFT, .exe files, and .ini configuration files
  • Comfortable with critical thinking and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with mechanical adjustments and cabling systems
